Definitions- “Platform” refers to PrimeBillz website, mobile services, WhatsApp BOT or related tools.- “User” refers to any individual or entity registered on PrimeBillz.- “Services” include bill payments, airtime/data purchase, virtual numbers, subscriptions, and other digital services offered. -2. Eligibility: By using PrimeBillz, you confirm that: You are at least 16 years old, You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Account Registration & Security: Users must provide valid and verifiable information during registration, You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, Any activity under your account is your responsibility, PrimeBillz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent activity. 4. Services & Transactions: PrimeBillz provides digital services through third-party providers, We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times, Transactions once completed may not be reversible unless stated otherwise, Users must verify all details before confirming any transaction. 5. Wallet Funding & Usage: Users may fund their wallets using approved payment methods, Funds in user wallets remain the property of the user unless used for transactions, PrimeBillz is not responsible for losses resulting from user errors (e.g., wrong phone number, wrong service selection). 6. Pricing & Fees- Prices for services are subject to change without prior notice, Applicable service charges may apply to transactions, Users agree to pay all fees associated with the use of the platform. 7. Refund Policy- Refunds are only processed where transactions fail or are not fulfilled.- Successful transactions are non-refundable.- Refund timelines depend on payment providers and may take several business days. 8. We are not liable for delays, failures, or errors caused by third-party systems-Users accept that service delivery depends on these providers. 10. Limitation of Liability- PrimeBillz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, Our total liability is limited to the amount involved in the disputed transaction. 11. Account Suspension & Termination: We reserve the right to: Suspend accounts for suspicious or fraudulent activities, Restrict access for violations of these Terms, Terminate accounts without prior notice where necessary. 12. Data & Privacy: By using PrimeBillz, you consent to the collection and use of your data, We take reasonable measures to protect user information, Users are responsible for safeguarding their own access credentials. 13. Modifications to Terms- PrimeBillz may update these Terms at any time, Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms. 14. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. 15.
